Fleet Oil and Gas, Ltd. currently owns an interest in over ninety wells in Johnson, Tarrant, Hood and Parker Counties.  We have recently completed transactions with three large publicly traded companies, which should result in the drilling of an additional 45 wells in which we participate. We have interest in over sixty Barnett Shale prospects and are currently involved in multiple projects in the Haynesville Shale (Louisiana).

We have an interest in three drilling rigs and four work-over rigs. Currently we have an interest in over 150,000 acres located in four states with both producing and non-producing mineral rights. Tim H Fleet, the principal of Fleet Oil and Gas, Ltd. has been actively involved in the oil and gas business since 1999.
